Marfeel is proud to announce its membership of the BVDW (Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft or German Association for the Digital Economy). We join more than 650 companies, including global players, SMEs, and start-ups, to represent the voice of the digital economy in Germany through the BVDW’s unique network of members.
The BVDW membership is a testimony to Marfeel’s commitment to the German market and our plans to expand operations in the DACH region in the coming years.
About the BVDW
The BVDW is the central body for companies that operate digital business models, and whose value creation is based on the implementation of digital technologies. With members from many different industries, including Deloitte, eBay, Facebook, the BVDW represents the powerful voice of the digital economy in Germany.
As a driving force, guide and accelerator for digital business models, the BVDW represents the interests of the digital economy and its impact on society. The group also campaigns for frameworks that encourage advertising transparency in the digital industry through the OVK (Online-Vermarkterkreis or Circle of Online Marketers): the official representatives of the IAB in Germany.
The BVDW is also the trademark holder and owner of DMEXCO, the largest high-caliber event in the global digital economy. Developed in 2009, the annual conference brings together key players and industry leaders in digital business, tech, marketing, and innovation.
Working towards innovation and regulation
As a Google Certified Publishing Partner, and also members of both the IAB and Prebid, Marfeel is proud to be a key player in fueling innovation and regulation in digital technology. The BVDW membership will allow Marfeel to take an active part in addressing the requirements of the industry through Programmatic and Mobile focus groups and initiatives, leading to a stronger publishing ecosystem.
