Marfeel Named to Inc 5000 Europe, Honored as One of Europe’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

(Barcelona, May – 2017) Marfeel, a mobile ad technology provider that’s revolutionizing the way publishers create, optimize, and monetize mobile websites, has been named to the prestigious 2017 Inc. 5000 Europe, ranking #283 among 5,000 of Europe’s fastest-growing private companies. Inc. magazine’s third annual listing recognizes independent businesses for their three-year revenue growth. Marfeel’s ranking is based on its remarkable growth of 1,286 percent from 2013 to 2016. Further, Marfeel was #6 among all advertising and marketing companies on the list–and the #1 company in Spain for that category.

Inc. magazine describes the 2017 Inc. 5000 honorees as “Europe’s lifeblood” and “economic engines.” According to President and Editor-in-Chief Eric Schurenberg, the Inc. 5000 Europe represent “real achievement by a founder or a team of founders. No one makes the Inc. 5000 without building something great—usually from scratch.”

Marfeel uses proprietary technology to dynamically adjust mobile site layouts for publishers, with the goal of maximizing readership, engagement, page views, and boost ad revenues, while significantly decreasing page load times. The company has exclusive partnerships with more than 20,000 global ad networks and exchanges, and reaches more than 500 million mobile readers a month.

“Marfeel is very proud to be chosen by Inc. 5000 Europe this year. It’s especially gratifying to have this recognition follow our selection as a strategic partner to both Google and Facebook,” Marfeel co-founder and COO Juan Margenat says. “These honors validate our dedication to our partners and the efforts we continually make to support their long-term success.” Marfeel was designated a Google certified publishing cartner in 2016, and named to a select group of Facebook Instant Article partners earlier this year.

Based in Barcelona, Marfeel also contributed to Spain’s success as the fastest-growing country among the 2017 Inc. 5000 Europe rankings. Spain is followed by Italy and Sweden in the second and third spots on that list.
