Improved reliability when sharing content with images to Facebook and Instagram

Fixed an issue where posts to Facebook and Instagram could fail when using newly generated or resized images. The system now verifies that images are fully available before completing the post, preventing failures that could occur when social platforms tried to access images too quickly.
