Introducing Feed-Level Roles: Precision Access for Social Publishing

Until now, roles in Marfeel Amplify were global—every user had the same level of access across all social accounts. That changes today.

We’re introducing feed-level roles, a new permission model that gives you granular control over who can see what, and do what, where—whether it’s drafting for one Facebook page, publishing to a specific Instagram account, or managing global settings across all feeds.

This update is built for large, distributed teams that need clarity, control, and flexibility in managing social operations at scale.

  • Cut the noise: Users only see the feeds they have access to—removing distractions and making focus effortless
  • Improve security: Limit publishing rights to the right people, on the right accounts
  • Streamline onboarding: Assign access instantly by team, user, or feed
  • Reflect real workflows: Match how publishing responsibilities are actually distributed across your organization

You can now define roles at the individual feed level—for both users and teams.

Examples:

  • Assign a Contributor role on Facebook Politics
  • Make someone a Manager on Instagram Trends
  • Set them as Admin on Facebook Cooking

Each user now sees only the feeds they’re responsible for, with a specific role per feed. No more irrelevant accounts cluttering their workspace.
