Simplified targeting: one unified filtering experience
Targeting in Experience Manager is now simpler. The pre/post-targeting phase selector has been removed. You get one clean “Filter by” interface with every filter option available from the start.
Previously, setting up targeting required choosing between pre-targeting and post-targeting phases before configuring your filters. That distinction limited which filters were available and added an extra decision step to every experience setup. Now it’s gone.
Instead, you will see an inline caption when a filter combination requires server side resolution, with a link to the experience targeting documentation.

This applies to all experience types: flowcards, inline, popup, and tag experiences.
