Data Retention Policy

Marfeel retains personal data only for as long as necessary to provide its services, perform contractual obligations, maintain platform security and functionality, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

In accordance with the principle of storage limitation, Marfeel does not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the relevant processing purpose.

Upon termination or expiry of the applicable agreement, Marfeel will delete or irreversibly anonymise personal data within less than one hundred and eighty (180) days, unless retention is required by applicable law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Where a client requests earlier deletion, such request may be submitted to Marfeel in writing. Subject to any applicable legal or regulatory retention requirements, Marfeel will delete the relevant data within thirty (30) days of receiving the request.
