Set up the TikTok integration

The TikTok integration connects your TikTok account to Marfeel, importing real-time engagement metrics including posts, likes, comments, and followers. Posts from your account are synced and matched with existing articles through text similarity with the article title. All imported data is available in the Explore module and the Compass playbook. Set up the TikTok integration

1. Go to the Organization icon in the sidebar and select Integrations. Navigate to the “Social” section and click Connect under the TikTok integration.
2. You will be prompted to authenticate via OAuth. Use the authentication method you normally use to log in to TikTok. This brings you to a screen where you need to log in with the account you want to connect.
3. After logging in and granting permissions, you will be redirected back to the Marfeel platform. Your TikTok integration should now be connected.
4. Check the “Logs” tab for feedback on how many posts are being retrieved and any potential errors. Keep in mind that it takes about a minute for retrieval to start.

You can repeat this process for each TikTok account you want to connect.

TikTok does not allow including URLs in posts, so posts are matched to your existing articles through text similarity.
