Affiliation Metrics & Dimensions
Marfeel retrieves affiliation data directly from Amazon and allows you to explore and analyze it to optimize your affiliate programs. These metrics cover clicks, commissions, orders, and revenue across all your affiliate links. Keep in mind that Amazon imposes certain restrictions on the data it shares via its API.
- Be aware that some metrics and dimensions are incompatible with each other, which can cause data gaps when combined with other Marfeel native Dimensions.
- To retrieve affiliate data from Amazon, you must complete an Amazon affiliation integration in the Marfeel Hub.
Metrics
Section titled “Metrics”The following metrics represent the total figures from across your site. You can drill down into these metrics and get figures for specific pages, products, and individual affiliate links by using the associated Dimensions. All metrics are subject to the time period of your choice.
Affiliation Clicks
Section titled “Affiliation Clicks”The aggregate number of clicks on all of your affiliate links.
Affiliation Commissions
Section titled “Affiliation Commissions”The total affiliate commission earned from your affiliate programs.
Affiliation Orders
Section titled “Affiliation Orders”The total number of affiliate orders placed by your users.
Affiliation Revenue
Section titled “Affiliation Revenue”The total revenue generated by your affiliate links.
Dimensions
Section titled “Dimensions”Affiliation Account
Section titled “Affiliation Account”Displays the affiliation account to which the above metrics relate. Relevant if the publisher has more than one affiliation account.
Affiliation Product ID
Section titled “Affiliation Product ID”Displays the unique ID of each affiliate product for which data has been captured and allows you to break down the above metrics on a product level.
Affiliation Product Link
Section titled “Affiliation Product Link”Displays the unique URL of each affiliate product for which data has been captured and allows you to break down the above metrics on a URL level.
Affiliation Product Name
Section titled “Affiliation Product Name”Displays the name of each affiliate product for which data has been captured and allows you to break down the above metrics by name.
Has Affiliation

What affiliate metrics does Marfeel track from Amazon?
Marfeel tracks four core affiliate metrics from Amazon: Affiliation Clicks (total clicks on affiliate links), Affiliation Commissions (total commission earned), Affiliation Orders (total orders placed), and Affiliation Revenue (total revenue generated by affiliate links). All metrics respect the selected time period.
How can I break down affiliate data by product in Marfeel?
Use the Affiliation dimensions to drill into product-level data. Affiliation Product ID shows unique product identifiers, Affiliation Product Name shows product names, and Affiliation Product Link shows product URLs. Each dimension lets you break down clicks, commissions, orders, and revenue at the individual product level.
Are there compatibility limitations with affiliation dimensions?
Yes. Some affiliation metrics and dimensions are incompatible with each other, which can cause data gaps when combined with other Marfeel native dimensions. This is due to restrictions Amazon imposes on the data shared via its API.
